Deliveries and shipments
Currently, the jewelry is handmade in Santiago, Chile.
In-person retreats are held at my workshop located in downtown Santiago.
Cash on delivery is made through Starken throughout Chile. International shipments are also available.
The preparation takes between 2 to 3 weeks.
Return Policies
No refunds are made.
Jewelry has a 1-month warranty for exchanges in case of production errors.
If you have not started making the jewelry, you can change the design.
The money is non-refundable. In case of price differences, it can be exchanged as credit for a future purchase.
If the wrong ring size was ordered, it can be altered for an additional charge. Gold-plated rings cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
